What is an Advantage plan?

Advantage offers extended service agreements which covers you against the costs of unexpected mechanical breakdowns beyond your vehicles manufactures warranty.

 

Are your programs fully insured?

Yes, our programs are fully insured by "A" rated insurance companies.

How do I know if my vehicle is eligible for coverage?

If your vehicle is less than the current +20 year model and has less than 320,000 KM on the odometer then we have coverage options for you. We even have coverage options for the following:

 

How do I make a claim?

Take your vehicle to a repair facility; inform that service department that you have Advantage coverage. The repair facility will diagnose the issue and contact our claims department for authorization for the repair. PRE-AUTHORIZATION MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE REPAIRS ARE STARTED. We deal directly with the repair facility to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.

 

Where do I go to get my vehicle repaired?

You can take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility of your choice.

 

How does the repair invoice get paid?

We deal directly with the repair facility, that means no out of pocket expenses, beyond your deductible, for covered mechanical breakdowns.

What is a wrap rate?

Wrap coverage is designed to wrap around the factory powertrain warranty to protect many of the other vehicle components for the remaining length of the factory powertrain warranty. Wrap coverage does not protect powertrain components.

What happens if I sell my vehicle before the end of the term?

If you sell your vehicle, you can transfer your coverage to the new owner, increasing the resale value of your vehicle.

How soon can I file a claim?

There is a 30 day and 1000 KM waiting period before a claim can be filed.

 

Does my vehicle require an inspection?

A simple inspection is required on your vehicle. You can take the below form to a service facility of your choosing to complete the inspection. All parts must be in proper working condition, no pre-existing conditions will be covered under the terms of the plan.
